Fixed Price Servicing
CUPRA Sunderland fixed price servicing is available for CUPRA models aged 1 – 10 years old. Whether it’s a minor or major service, at a CUPRA garage all our servicing and repairs are carried out by fully qualified and trained CUPRA technicians. Every time we see your vehicle it will get a express visual check and we also fit bulbs and wipers blades at no extra cost. We will only use genuine CUPRA parts with warranties and you will always get the important CUPRA approved stamp for quality and value in your service book.
You’ll see in the details below that we charge CUPRA labour times for all jobs and all our prices are inclusive of parts, oil, labour and VAT which are valid until Jan 1st 2022. We only use CUPRA genuine parts, which come with our two-year parts and labour warranty (after the manufacturer warranty has expired) excluding wear and tear items.
The recommended service interval is every 12 months or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first). This includes checks, replacements and top ups, adhering to the recommended maintenance schedule of your vehicle.

The recommended service interval is every 24 months or every 20,000 miles (whichever comes first) once your car is 4 years old or has reached 40,000 miles. This includes checks, replacements and top ups, adhering to the recommended maintenance schedule of your vehicle.

What happens if I don't have an MOT test?
It's illegal to drive your car without a valid MOT test certificate. You can be fined and get points on your license. Without a regular safety check you could be driving around in a car that's a risk to you and other road users. If you had an accident, your insurance policy for the car could be void.
How can we help?
We give your car the care and expertise of a CUPRA Authorised Repairer for the standard MOT test fee you would pay at any other MOT test centre. If your car needs any further work to pass the test, we'll ask you first.
Air Conditioning Service
The recommended service interval is 24 months. We drain and recharge the system; check hoses, filters, belts and connections; and make sure the compressor and condenser are working correctly. We also peform a full refresh which eliminates microbial, fungal and bacterial contamination from the system.
We give your car the care and expertise of a Authorised Repairer every year, once your car is 3 years old. If your car needs any further work to pass the test, we'll ask you first. Any parts we use will have a 2-year parts and labour warranty on parts fitted after the manufacturer's warranty has expired.
The recommended routine service for a cambelt change is every 5 years for cars registered before 09 and 4 years for cars registered after.

Additionally we will perform an Express Visual Check, this Identifies any health issues which need fixing now or in the near future.
Brake Fluid Change
The recommended routine service for a brake fluid change is every 2 years once your car reaches 3 years old. We check the level and look for leaks. We drain the system and fill it with new brake fluid. We test the system and record it in your service book. This prevents contamination that could lead to a more expensive repair in the future.
